An excellent choice for any caulking project, it is ideal for filling joints where high levels of movement are expected. Commonly applied at windows and doors, trim, siding, tubs, showers, sinks, toilets, splashboards, countertops and other high movement joints. For high-stress/high movement areas around windows & doors, all siding types, interior trim, and crown molding, masonry, marble, porcelain, glass and ceramic tile. Cured sealant is mildew and mold resistant. Resists yellowing and discoloration. Paintable with latex or oil based paint. The perfect choice for new construction and remodel work where settling can cause cracks around moldings and trim. Meets performance requirements of federal specification TT-S-00230C Type II, Class A and ASTM C920, Class 35.
