Multipurpose grease premium - extreme pressure"coastal" cartridge size 14.1 ounce A NLGI No.2 grease containing non-lead extreme pressure (EP) additives designed to handle severe lubrication requirements such as those characterized by high bearing and shock loads. Water insoluble and washout resistant. Excellent performance in areas of oxidation stability and corrosion protection. Recommended for use as a multi-purpose lubricant in heavy duty industrial equipment operating under adverse conditions, journal and antifriction bearings, electric motors, gear couplings and any other applica tion where a NLGI No.2 multipurpose grease is specified.
Coastal all-purpose grease is an NLGI No. 2 lithium stearate grease with a smooth texture and a 320 deg F dropping point. Combining these properties with excellent resistance to water washing makes this product ideally suited for use as multi-purpose grease under normal temperature/speed conditions that do not require extreme pressure additives. Multi-purpose NLGI number 2 lithium stearate base grease. Highly water resistant and suited for normal temperature and speed conditions. Suitable for use for drum-type wheel bearings, chassis, springs, water pumps, bearings and general lubrication. Not re commended for disc brake wheel bearings.
