Zinsser Bondz Maximum Adhesion Primer is used to prep slick or glossy surfaces. This water-based, low-VOC primer has great flow and leveling and adheres to surfaces that typically resist coatings. Create a strong bond for any top coat even solvent based and epoxies. Water-base primer-sealer, Interior and exterior. Use with any topcoat, including solvent based and epoxies. Outstanding wet adhesion in moist or humid environments. Fast drying, recoat in 1 hour. Very low odor, low VOC. For best results can be tinted to off-white/pastel shades to improve hiding power.
