From the moment you checkout, begins to process the order immediately, working on getting your order to you quickly and safely. If you ordered using a Credit Card or PayPal your credit card is charged. Your order continues with the preliminary credit approval in place and in minutes we send you an Order Confirmation Email containing a 7 digit Order ID Number beginning with a 1. If you selected to pay via "Amazon Payments" this normally adds 1-3 hours for Amazon to approve, but can take longer for them to approve credit. consolidates all your items in one shopping cart so you only pay one lower shipping charge. We process orders up to 16 hours a day, 7 days a week, but most trucks operate only on regular business days (weekdays). Orders placed by Credit Card or PayPal for processing after 7 PM Eastern (4 PM Pacific) 7 days a week are normally considered being placed as of the following day. Orders placed by Checkout with Amazon by regular Amazon Customers should be entered before 5 PM Eastern (2 PM Pacific) to allow time for their credit processing verification and authentication to pass the approved order to us.

During the COVID-19 Crisis our over 15 participating warehouses may oversell their stock without notifying us. This creates a back order that we will continue to attempt to fill for up to 10 extra days. Manufacturers promises as to when, for example, cleaning supplies, disposable / safety products and leisure time goods will be replenished have been very unreliable during the COVID-19 crisis.

Stock is allocated for your order in one or in multiple warehouses. Over 95% of our orders ship complete in one shipment from our Kearneysville West Virginia Distribution Center. If we must split or drop ship your order from a different warehouse, you will not be charged for additional shipping. The combined shipping charge will appear on the first invoice. Alternate and Backup warehouses ship their choice of FedEx or UPS. THEY DO NOT SHIP VIA USPS.

Regardless of payment method, some larger quantity orders may have to be ordered into our warehouse from multiple warehouses and may delay your order an extra few days. National Holidays delay orders as well as they affect both incoming freight and in some warehouses their personnel.

Processing and packaging time varies by warehouse and shipping method as orders are consolidated for shipment.

  • Hot Buys and Rapid Ship Warehouse Products under the COVID-19 norm usually leave our warehouse in 1 to 3 weekdays from the order date.
  • Backup and Alternate Warehouse Products under the COVID-19 norm usually leave our warehouse in 4 to 10 weekdays from the order date.
  • Special Order Warehouse Products under the COVID-19 norm usually leave our warehouse in 5 to 8 weekdays from the order date.
  • On larger orders, if the entire order can drop ship to you from an alternate or backup warehouse. Alternate and Backup warehouses DO NOT SHIP VIA USPS.

Orders entered directly online and shipped complete from our Virginia Distribution Center are emailed a shipping confirmation within hours after the carrier pickup. Orders that have been split into multiple shipments from our Virginia Distribution Center will have a shipping confirmation email sent late in that shipping day or early the following morning. Lag times at some carriers means you may not be able to track your order online for 1 or 2 days.

If we drop ship an order directly to you from a suppliers warehouse the Shipment Confirmation Email will be delayed by a few additional days. Drop shipped orders will often arrive at your location before we receive their tracking number. Drop ship orders are NOT shipped via the United States Postal Service. Customer Service can research drop ship orders for you if a tracking number has not been sent during our scheduled processing days.

Next Day or Second Day expedited shipments should be tracked using our Shipment Confirmation email to check on your shipment. Normally shipped by FedEx for Monday thru Friday. Delivery on the next or second business day. The day a product actually ships does not count as a day in transit.

If you select Ground your package normally ships by UPS Ground. UPS is our preferred carrier for most larger packages. Days in transit are shown in the map above. The day a product actually ships does not count as a day in transit. Ground delivers and counts days in transit as Weekdays Only, Monday thru Friday. You will get a better estimate if you track the actual package from our Shipment Confirmation email.

USPS Priority Mail expedited orders, in most cases, have an expected delivery date of 2 to 3 business days per the U.S. Post Office. This changes based on destination, courier routes and pick-up time. Expected delivery dates do not come with a money-back guarantee. You may get better estimate by tracking the package from our Shipment Confirmation email.The U.S. Post Office delivers Priority Mail 6 Days a week, Monday thru Saturday. The day a product actually ships does not count as a day in transit.

Freight Saver and Free Shipping Orders are packaged and shipped after the expedited, upgraded and paid freight orders above have packed and shipped. Freight Saver and Free Shipping Orders ship by one of the most economical carriers for your package. These include FedEx Smart Post*, UPS Sure Post*, UPS Mail Innovations*, USPS Standard Post*, USPS First Class Packages*, USPS Priority Mail*, UPS, FedEx Home, FedEx Ground Commercial, or UPS Ground. Items in italics with an asterisk * are delivered to your home by your local postal mail courier. All methods include their couriers' tracking and/or delivery confirmation.
