Orders entered directly online and shipped complete from our Virginia Distribution Center are emailed a shipping confirmation within hours after the carrier pickup. Orders that have been split into multiple shipments from our Virginia Distribution Center will have a shipping confirmation email sent late in that shipping day or early the following morning. Lag times at carriers means you may not be able to track your order online for up to 24 hours.
If we drop ship an order directly to you from a suppliers warehouse the Shipment Confirmation Email will be delayed by a few additional days. Drop shipped orders will often arrive at your location before we receive their tracking number. Drop ship orders are NOT shipped via the United States Postal Service. Customer Service can research drop ship orders for you if a tracking number has not been sent during our scheduled processing days.
