Concrete patch vinyl size 12 pounds High strength, multi-purpose, self-bonding cement repair mortar for thin section repair & resurface, from 1/2 (13mm) to feather-edge, on concrete, stucco, brick & masonry. Use to repair chipped, cracked or spalled concrete, to build-up broken step corners or to resurface concrete floors, walls, walks and driveways. Use to set tile, flagstone and slate. Just add water and mix. No liquid bonding additive needed.
