Cancellation & Modification Policy
Within hours of ordering, all orders are acknowledged with a 7 digit Order ID beginning with a 1. This Order ID and a copy of your order is sent to the email address you provide. Later an invoice number is sent to you as the order goes to fulfillment. The Invoice Number is 7 digits long beginning with a 2 and should be referred to on all inquiries. If you do not receive your Email Order ID, first check your spam filter, and then your email service provider.
We process orders 7 days a week up to 16 hours a day. Orders placed with preliminary credit approved by 9 PM Eastern Time (6 PM Pacific) are processed the same day. Orders placed after 9 PM Eastern (6 PM Pacific) are normally considered being placed on the following day. Depending on our exact processing time and order flow, some later orders may be processed as part of an earlier day's batch.
If your order can be stopped before processing, there are no Cancellation or Modification Charges.

Act quickly so your order can be stopped before products are packed and shipped or your order is sent to a suppliers warehouse for drop shipment to you. We can block final receiving and hold products in our warehouse for the balance or addition, or return unwanted items promptly, as applicable, with no charge to you. Drop shippers cannot. Speed is important. Note: Quotation Orders are ordered specifically for you and are NOT cancelable.
Note: Once your merchandise arrives in shipping, it may be packed and shipped out in minutes. Do not delay. Speed is important.
After an order is packed and the tracking number is on it, it is a return. You are responsible for 2 way freight charges. We ship with multiple FedEx, UPS, DHL and USPS pickups daily. See our Return Policy for details.
If we drop ship an order directly to you from a suppliers warehouse the Shipment Confirmation Email will be delayed by a few additional days. Drop shipped orders will often arrive at your location before we receive their tracking number. Drop ship orders are NOT shipped via the United States Postal Service. Customer Service can research drop ship orders for you if a tracking number has not been sent during our scheduled processing days.
