Cancellation Policy

We process orders 7 days a week. Orders placed after 9 PM Eastern (6 PM Pacific) are normally considered being placed on the following day. Depending on our exact processing time, some later orders may be processed as part of that day. Once we send an acknowledgment with a final invoice number (ie 456789), your order has been sent to our warehouse for fulfillment.

If your order for "Everyday Low Price" quantities from our "Limited Stock" and "Rapid Ship Warehouses" can be stopped before it has processed, there is no Cancellation Charge and all freight charges are refunded. If your order for "Rapid Ship" "Quantity Price" or "Sold Only in Case" quantities can be stopped before it has processed, there is no Cancellation Charge and freight charges are refunded. If your products have been ordered from an "Alternate Warehouse" and are on route to us to ship within the time frame shown on site, there is a 15% cancellation fee to cover supplier charges and freight to and from the alternate warehouse. Special Order merchandise is ordered daily and takes 4 to 7 days to arrive in packing. Although we mark it as "No Returns" your order can be canceled before it arrives in our warehouse with a 15% cancellation charge. Speed is important. After an order is packed and shipped it is a return. See our Return Policy for details. We ship on multiple UPS, FedEx and USPS trucks daily. We send acknowledgments and tracking numbers on all orders at the end of the business day. If you do not receive our emails, check your spam filter and then your email service provider. When our suppliers drop ship it takes a few additional days to receive the tracking information. Refused shipments are charged the full 2 way freight charges plus return charges.

All orders are acknowledged via email to the email address you provide. An initial cart number is given at checkout. You may look it up by logging in with your email address. A fulfillment invoice number is sent as the order goes to fulfillment. This fulfillment invoice number (ie 456789) should be referred to on all inquiries.
