HardwareAndTools.com processes and places orders 7 days a week. Our suppliers delivery services and warehouses operate Monday through Friday except Holidays. To be included in a days batch all orders must be placed by 8 PM Eastern Time (5 PM Pacific.)

Order Processing Time:
Rapid Ship items normally leave our warehouse in 1 to 3 business days.
Alternate Warehouse items normally leave our warehouse in 3 to 6 business days.
Special Order items normally leave our warehouse in 5 to 10 business days.
All items from all warehouses are normally consolidated for shipping.
Larger quantity orders may come from multiple warehouses and can take extra days.

UPS is our preferred carrier. UPS Packages track en route.
UPS Standard Ground - 2 to 7 business days in transit plus processing
UPS 2nd Day - 2 business days in transit plus processing
UPS Next Day - 1 business day in transit plus processing
Next Day and 2nd Day Orders receive special handling and ship first.

USPS Packages DO NOT Track en route. A delivery confirmation number is supplied.
USPS Priority Mail - 2 to 4 business days in transit plus processing - longer to APO and some rural areas.
USPS Parcel Post - 3 to 10 business days in transit plus processing - available only within the 48 States.
USPS services PO Boxes, APO, AK, HI, PR, and US Mail Service Areas.
Time in transit may be estimated at www.usps.com but time is not guaranteed and packages can not be tracked until delivered.

All Orders specifying UPS and USPS Priority Mail ship before Freight Saver and Parcel Post Orders. Do not specify Freight Saver if your order is time sensitive. Freight Saver orders ship after all other orders are shipped by our choice of carriers and take longer in processing and delivery.

In the event of a return you are responsible for UPS or USPS shipping charges both ways.

Canada by Ground: Our prices do not include VAT, Duty or Brokerage Charges but do include basic dimensional surcharges. NOTE: It is the customers responsibility if any product ordered is banned and confiscated by Customs.

At present we do not ship outside of the US, US Possessions, APO and Canada. We will ship larger Commercial Quotation Orders to your US freight forwarder, however all orders must be prepaid in US funds.
