Renews and enhances the natural surface color, provides superior protection against moisture and wear, resists staining due to mold and mildew growth, non-yellowing tough yet flexible finish, low odor, cleans with soap and water when wet, indoor or outdoor use on bricks, pavers, stone, concrete, chatahoochee/river rock, garage floors, pool decks, driveways, sidewalks, roof tiles, patios and decorative stone and masonry surfaces, apply a thin even coat at 400 sqft per gallon per coat, depending on the surface.
