The pro-lab® professional lead surface test kit detects poisonous lead on any surface you wish to test and is the most accurate and sensitive test kit available to consumers. Testing is safe and easy! The kit includes six non-toxic lead test pads and an eye dropper to help you perform the tests. The non-toxic chemically impregnated test pads, when moistened with water, provide the most effective and reliable results possible. The test pads detect the presence of lead to as little as 5 parts per million (as documented by tests conducted by the u.S. Consumer product safety commission). To test: simply clean the surface to be tested, take a small pad and moisten with eye dropper. Press moistened test pad firmly to the surface and hold for about two minutes. If the test pad turns pinkish to dark purple, dangerous levels of lead are present, discontinue use of tested item. You get reliable professional laboratory test results instantly. Meets all epa and state requirements.
