Syntox has all the benefits of ox hair brushes without any of the negatives. It is 20% softer than purdy's ox with the durability of dupont's srt synthetic filaments for a superior finish. Syntox is totally shed resistant and will last at least 5 times longer than ox hair brushes. Even more importantly, the new syntox can be used in water or solvent based clear finishes. And it's less costly.
