Ideal for use in waterfall and stream applications, this powerful direct drive pump features a unique dual discharge design for operation of two water features simultaneously. This pump is extremely versatile, able to be used vertically or horizontally. Powerful direct drive pump produces greater starting torque and flow pressure than comparable magnetic drive submersible pumps. Corrosion resistant body designed for non-potable submersible use. Includes two 1 1/4 inch mnpt x 1 inch barbed elbow adaptor and a 1 1/4 inch mnpt discharge cap and 1 1/4 fnpt discharge. 20 foot maximum lift, 16 foot power cord. U.L./C-csa listed, 1/8 hp, 1900 gph "gallons per hour", 115 volts and 230 watts.

from the manufacturer: this pump utilizes a permanent-split capacitor (psc) motor sealed in a stainless steel housing, which in turn is surrounded by a plastic case. The psc motor allows the pump to use less energy than other pumps of similar flow capacity. The motor also develops less heat - therefore, the pump does not require oil internally. This pump is ideal for use in waterfall and stream applications found in water gardens.
