Bonds to concrete, wood substrates, steel stainless steel, brass, lead, ceramic, terrazzo, marble, existing "cutback" residue and existing resilient (as an embossing leveler) on allgrade levels as recomm ended. Metal substrates must be clean and abraded. Covering existing "cutback" adhesive residue; and leveling the embossing of existing resilient flooring. Extremely versatile. Fastsetting.
