Used to secure wood posts to concrete footings and to provide moisture damage protection. 2-sided with high uplift and bearing capacity. Features a 1" stand-off plate to evaluate wood posts above concrete surfaces. Drain slots allow the anchors to shed wa ter. "-Tz" following item number indicates triple zinc finish. "-Gc" following item number indicates gold coat finish. Not recommended for fence posts or other non-top-supported applications. Not designed to resist overturning (moment) loads.
