Mounts on the wall above garage door to eliminate belts, chain, screw drive and track that clutter garage ceiling. That means less noise and vibration transferred to adjoining living areas. Soft start/soft stop control feature smoothly opens door as it starts and gently lowers the door as it closes. Installs quick easy with simple tools. Electronic monitoring system signals with a flashing light when there are malfunctions. Programmable pet opening button opens door 6`` to 30`` to allow pets to easily move in and out. Automatic travel limit allows system to automatically compensate for changes in temperature and floor level variation to allow the door to seal properly. Features secure locking, door closing delay button, rolling access codes and Homelink compatibility. Includes wireless accessories - 5 function wall station, energy efficient security light, a pair of 3 button remote control transmitters, infrared sensors and a 5 button keyless entry pad.
