How To Find Products and Place Orders and Get Help from Our Customer Service Team
- Browse Products - Search items by using one of several different searching methods on our site. Browse items by category and group, by Brand Name, or do a text search from almost any page. Once you've found what you are looking for, click on the item's name, picture or See details link to see more information. If you are on one product you can click on the breadcrumbs below the search bar to go up one or more levels to find more items.
- Add Items to Your Shopping Cart - We provide a handy online shopping cart to gather items that interest you. Simply select the "Add to Cart" button located below the item that you'd like to purchase. Each item will remain in your cart until your remove or purchase it. View items in your cart at any time by selecting the "View Cart" link at the top right of most pages.
- Changing Item Quantities in Your Shopping Cart - If you wish to buy multiple quantities of an item you have placed in your Shopping Cart, merely change the number in the Quantity box and hit "Recalculate Button." Quantity prices will be adjusted as you increase quantities as listed on the page.

Deleting Items in Your Cart - To delete an item in your Shopping Cart, hit the "Delete Button" or change the quantity to Zero and recalculate to update cart.

Check Out - When you are ready to send us your order hit "Checkout" which is located in the Shopping Cart area. (You can get there from any page on site by clicking on the "View Cart Link".) This will take you through a simple step-by-step process to complete your order.

Options - You will be given the option to be recognized when you return to our site in the future, or remain anonymous. If you remain anonymous you will need to re-enter all your billing and shipping information whenever you checkout. If you want us to hold the information on our secure server, we will not retain your credit card security code.

You will need to enter: your email address and additional order details such as: credit card billing address, shipping address, shipping option and method of payment. All information is subject to our very strict privacy policy.

Print your Confirmation Page You will be presented with a short confirmation page that has a unique confirmation number, which we call the cart number, acknowledging your purchase transaction. We recommend that you print this page in case we are unable to confirm your order via email.

Email Confirmation We will send you an email to confirm that our warehouse has received your order. Note: If you don't receive an email confirmation from us by the following weekday afternoon, please call our toll-free Customer Service number 1-866-466-2005. Most of the time we also send an email with tracking on the evening of the shipping day. This lets you know that your order has been shipped and include tracking information, if available. Most Vendor Direct Shipments do not receive automatic tracking number confirmations.
