Pre Bulk Order Cancellation:
If your order is caught before it has been processed by our warehouse or supplier, there is no Cancellation or Restocking Charge and all freight charges are also refunded. Speed is important. Submit this form as Soon As Possible. Order Processing does not receive regular emails but does receive these forms.

After Bulk Order Cancellation:
If the order is caught after filling at our warehouse but before it has been boxed by us for re-shipment to you it will be credited in full. Once an order is in process we can often modify it with an addition or subtraction. Often we can transfer the original order to a new order that will create a delay your shipment. After the order has shipped your order must be returned:
We ship on multiple UPS and USPS trucks daily. Customer Service receives tracking numbers on shipments after the end of every day and emails are automatically sent to all customers with email addresses. If our supplier is drop shipping the email may take a few extra days. If you refuse the shipment UPS charges freight both ways and when the product comes back it may be subject to return charges.
